Erin Gollhofer Selfridge brings over 20 years of experience in strategic philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and impact investing to her role as Managing Director of Philanthropic Services at JH Philanthropy. With a career spanning leadership roles at global brands such as Starbucks, Kimberly-Clark, and AT&T, Erin excels in developing purpose-driven partnerships and initiatives that drive meaningful change and enhance civic engagement.
At JH Philanthropy, Erin leads the firm’s efforts to guide high-net-worth individuals and families, foundations, and corporations through their philanthropic journeys. She collaborates closely with clients to craft customized strategies that are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with their values. Her work emphasizes the importance of strategic advisory, relationship management, and effective grantmaking, helping clients maximize their social impact through thoughtful and disciplined giving.
Erin is known for her ability to build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients and partners. She has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets, driving community engagement, and leading teams to implement successful social impact strategies across diverse sectors.
Erin holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication and a Bachelors in Advertising and Public Relations from Drury University. She currently serves as Chair of the board of directors for Girls on the Run DFW and sits on the board of Richardson Reads One Book. She is a graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas Class of 2020 and a member of the Texas Women’s Foundation’s XIX Society.
Erin is a proud stepmother to 3 amazing girls who she co-parents alongside her husband Casey, a high school football coach, and the girls’ mom and other stepmom. She enjoys reading books from her overflowing TBR pile and days spent floating the Current River in her home state of Missouri.
