At JH Philanthropy, we practice what we preach. We guide our clients to achieve their social impact goals and make meaningful contributions of time, treasure, and talent to the nonprofits and communities they care about, and we do the same for our employees.

Donation Matching

JHP matches 100% of employee donations to nonprofits, up to $2,000 annually. Employee donations are trust-based, meaning JHP will not conduct additional due diligence to deem an employee’s donation “matchable.”

Volunteerism

Each employee is encouraged to take time off of work to volunteer with a nonprofit(s) of their choice. Additionally, JHP regularly conducts team volunteer days to stay connected to our communities and grantees.

Education

While we continuously monitor and implement best philanthropic practices into our work, we host quarterly educational opportunities to allow our team to dive deeper into specific topics of interest.
