Mansha Siraj is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience across policy, philanthropy, and data-driven initiatives in the United States, South Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. As Project Manager – Philanthropy Data Commons (PDC), Mansha brings a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder relationships to deliver successful outcomes in high-impact roles. Before joining the PDC and JH Philanthropy, Mansha served as Project Manager, Evaluation and Learning at TCC Group, where she led comprehensive impact evaluations for Viiv Healthcare’s HIV/AIDS grantmaking initiatives.
Career highlights include managing strategic policy communications for the African Union Chair, spearheading the development of a Women Entrepreneurship Platform in India, and leading efforts to create a real-time data dashboard for monitoring healthcare facilities in Nigeria. Mansha has also conducted comprehensive impact evaluations for major grant portfolios, utilizing data-driven insights to guide future funding decisions. Mansha has a deep passion for evidence-based practice and data-driven decision-making. Her work consistently focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering partnerships, and advancing social impact initiatives in diverse and challenging environments.
Mansha holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delhi.
In her spare time, Mansha loves trying out new recipes in the kitchen and playing the piano whenever she gets the chance. Her favorite way to unwind after a busy workday is to work on a jigsaw puzzle, while catching up with family and friends.
